Four active members of the Rotterdam music scene with backgrounds in experimental music, jazz, classical composition and theater. Original songs, exploring the themes of love, destiny, time, nature and human relations. The music is very open, sparce percussion and bass-lines, leaving a lot of space for the sweet but powerful voices of Tisa and Christine. It has this atmosphere of an intimate cabaret nightclub, emanates humour, joy and playfulness, and all in all reminded me of the works of Catherine Jauniaux, Art Bears, Iva Bittova.. it’s a curious blend of intuitive collective improvisation, pop and spoken word while remaining immersive and easy to listen to.
