Reissue from 2013 of an Italian LP from 1981. The press release at the time said: “These five groups, the synthesis of a new musical and artistic model, have cast aside frills and love for a more intimate relationship with electronic media”. Hearing this compilation again now, to me what stands out is their eccentric take on synth-wave. Especially Eurotunes are a joy to discover. With: Absurdo, Eurotunes, Ipnotico Tango, Metalvox, Kerosene – each of these bands have 2 or 3 songs on the record, and included is.. a   r e a l   CD !! with 8 extra tracks by Absurdo and Eurotunes.
