The Sunshine Lounge is Mark Smith from Glasgow, now living in The Hague. He states that he has been making sounds intermittently since 1987. I have heard him doing some heavy noise now and then, the tracks on this tape however are  milder, with analogue synth sounds, desintegrated and heavily processed sounds and the odd bursts of drones.
