Poppy, melancholic and always elegant, the musician known for his minimal pop/electronic band SKIZZE skillfully follows in the ambitious footsteps of NEW ORDER on “Terror”. Based on a sample from the British group BLUEBOY (Also Ran) and featuring his strikingly bright, slightly brittle voice, he succeeds in creating great German-language indie pop with a British flavor. The B-side has a cooler sound and is more electronically clubby, with NEW ORDER meeting PET SHOP BOYS in an extremely fresh and contemporary way.
