This Rotterdam-born artist fluently moves between painting, sculpture, performance and song writing. Therefore it feels natural, this publication: a book that neatly fits in an LP cover, plus a voluminous album recorded on two CDs. Below are some examples of what his visual art comprises; as to the sound of Hidde, his are soft and melancholic songs accompanied by  traditional acoustic guitar. Van Schie succeeds on all fronts in this venture.
