A single 50 minute recording dating back to 1969. Tony Conrad sat in his Mid Manhattan 5th floor loft overlooking Bryant Park where an anti-Vietnam rally was taking place. With one microphone pointed at the window and another at the TV coverage, Conrad produced a fascinating aural document of a period that has many parallels with America today. At times the sounds outside overlap with the TV, at others they are completely at odds.
