The ReR Quarterly was a series edited by Chris Cutler with a compilation CD plus a text book with articles on music, sound, theory. This issue was published in 1994 and features Koongoortoog, The Adenoid Quartet, John Oswald, Tom Nunn, Lesego Rampolokeng With The Kalahari Surfers, Cornelius Cardew, Tiziano Popoli And N.O.R.M.A., Al Margolis, Peter Machajdik, David Myers, Thinking Plague, Les Sales Combles and last but not least Biota.
