Novia 391 (paying homage to dadaist publication 391 from 1917) contains duo improvisations by Mecanium wizzard Bastien and double bass player Eduard Altaba. On Eli Gras’ nice Barcelona-based labe La Olla Expréss. We hear Bastien’s characteristic muted trumpet, his mechanic instruments, in dialogue with Altaba’s “naturel” playing.
