Presented as a B-Movie, in your hands you’ll have a peculiar package: a little booklet with a CD, film stills, titles, phrasings in both english and german, and a download code to get the film via Vimeo. The soundtrack on the CD and the stills in the booklet already hint at what you might expect: strange Super 8 footage in black and white.. in short, if Wand lives up to his Plunderphonical reputation: an experimental film no doubt, worshipping cinema history while shredding it into new configurations. Reminds me a bit of The Caretaker, of haunted houses, of 78 rpm rarities on shellac.
