Manuel Schmalstieg & Patricio Andre, a.o. (Ed.) - L’Eve Future – Specimens de Fontes Libres: un Guide Typographique Open-Source
Greyscale Press presents L’Ève Future – a science fiction novel from 1886 by Auguste Villiers de L’Isle-Adam, which came about as a labour of love from the students who took part in the project Typo Libre at the Haute Ecole d’Art et de Design (HEAD) in Geneva. More than a novel, it is a catalogue of public domain and open-source webfonts, collected in February 2013 (in the span of 5 days). The idea behind this book is to provide an aid for designers in evaluating the look and feel of Open Source fonts in regards to print production. 502 Pages, however, in French only.
