This French experimental musician/composer has by some been coined as the spiritual son of Robert Wyatt. Which may be justified becauHowse of the playfulness, quirky twists on this album, it being mish-mash of pop, textures, lyrics, rock and improvisation. What a lucid idea of Acidsoxx (the label in the US that seems to be defunct by now, alas..) to promote this fairly unknown artist! The name Falter Bramnk seems, by the way, to be an anagram of Frank Lambert, which sounds pretty normal for a French artist, right?
