NEWS is an attempt to map the world in its current state, perceived from the position of two Romanian contemporary artists who collaborated for this little pocket book: Flaviu Cacoveanu and Alin Cincă. Operating with visual symbols of the everyday, the sequence presented in the book makes a subtle reference to the current state of the world, through the idea of news, where each individual letter becomes a clear reference to a cardinal point: North. East. West. South.
