Ammehoelahop’ is a compilation LP (vinyl only) of songs by five English and five Dutch bands. Although the songs vary from dark and introvert (The Lovely Eggs) to wild and raw (Two Dogs, The Suicidal Birds), joyfully poppy (Das Wanderlust), teasingly rough (Look Look (dancing boys), weird (Chips For The Poor), purely electronic (Malorix), psychedelic (Zea), jumpy rock (Le Tetsuo) to wide and floating (Persil), all songs have intensity, originality and a vital stubbornness in common.
