Dolphin Midwives is Portland-based composer Sage Fisher. Using harp, voice, and electronic processing, she blends the organic with the digital. And the blend can really vary from highly fragmented, metallic pieces that sound like your CD is skipping all the time, to warmer, exotic sounding percussive pieces.
